Best At-Home Workouts
Staying motivated to workout at home is hard. However, I've realized that even by doing a 10 minute workout my mind and body feel 10x better that day. Personally, the Peloton App has been my go-to option because they have a variety of workouts + offer quick 5-10 minute videos (which is pretty much all of the time I can squeeze out in the morning before the kids start going crazy). We've narrowed down our favorites below with hopes this motivates you to get up and get moving!
